I'm a life wellness coach and registered dietitian. I help women who struggle with stress, overwhelm, and emotional overeating to break-free and live their lives feeling peace and control around food, and feeling great in their bodies. I love to help women have this freedom so that they can focus all their mental energy on fulfilling their goals and aspirations instead of struggling with food. I know firsthand how exhausting it can be to battle with over-stressing & overeating, and how that struggle can slowly deteriorate your wellbeing in every area of your life. But, it doesn’t have to be that way, because freedom is possible!
