Hi, I'm Rebecca

I'm a registered dietitian-nutritionist and mind-body nutrition coach. I teach striving, ambitious women how to stop stress eating so that they can feel healthy and great in their bodies long term. 

In college, and years after, I struggled with exercise bulimia and know firsthand how frustrating and tiring it is to fall into patterns of striving, stressing & eating to cope. For me that struggle slowly deteriorated my success in every area of my life.
